🎡: It’s inevitable that somebody else has been in the same position that you now find yourself in.
That’s actually pretty great because then you can talk to them about how they dealt with whatever it is you’re dealing with, whether it’s a sudden influx of customers or a big price increase from a supplier.
🎡: It can often feel like you are just riding around in circles but the good thing is that if your Ferris wheel/business is working pretty well you won’t stay at the bottom for long.
There will be times when your business is at a high and times when it is at a low, but it won’t necessarily stay in either place. (If you get truly stuck at the very bottom, well the most reasonable thing to do is to get out. Find another ride!)
🎡: Some people love a Ferris wheel and other people really don’t. When you run your own business you can choose who rides with you.
Try to select people, whether staff or clients, that want to go along for the ride. It’s hard to have fun if somebody is screaming in terror the whole time.
