Well, we’re always in support of a good party around here, and coincidentally love that Mardi Gras aligns with our brand colors so well. Fat Tuesday is apparently about all manner of excess and merrymaking – using up all of the “fats” in the kitchen in anticipation of upcoming weeks of fasting and deprivation.
