What was your favorite memory as a kid?

Jenny here: I grew up in the late 60s/early 70s (yep, I’m old), and every Saturday morning my sister and a few neighborhood friends and I would pack sack lunches and go exploring in the woods around our street. We would be gone until later in the afternoon, hiking, crossing creeks, eating lunch, playing on a rope swing someone’s dad had put up in the middle of nowhere. Our parents never knew exactly where we were – we were like The Goonies kids.
