Can we get an amen on this quote? We’ve steadily grown our teammates over the years here at GOW and we’ve learned a thing or two as a result.โ

Two (or 6) heads are better than one. Mind melds are vital. Everyone’s voice is important. At the end of the day, usually one person is responsible/accountable for making the decision or getting the thing done, but up until that point, a few voices have gone into the process.โ
๐โ
Case in point: Recently, Katie called Jenny with something she was frustrated about. “There has to be a way we can…” and Jenny responded with, “What about if we…” and Katie said, “YES! And we can also…”โ

Katie was at home and Jenny was driving, and the entire process took maybe 10 minutes. But out of that conversation came a video, a blog post, a new graphic, and a social media post. Plus, they talked through a way to make our process even easier for our clients.โ

How does your team operate? Do you have brainstorming sessions? How are ideas implemented? Does everyone have a voice, or only a few?โ
