Day 6: Segment your list to improve results and reduce churn!
Segmenting often seems like something mysterious and complicated that only super professionals can do but that is not the case anymore. Most email service providers like Mailchimp or Klaviyo or Constant Contact make it easy to create segments.
By segmenting your list and sending people information specifically related to their past activity or chosen preferences, you increase the likelihood that they will engage with your email, and decrease the likelihood that they will unsubscribe.
