That may sound counterintuitive, but it’s actually pretty genius. We didn’t make it up, but we do use this method regularly.
Start from the finish — what is the customer experience goal you have in mind? Now work your way backwards so that goal is front and center throughout the entire planning process.
Remember: Don’t work TO your goal; work FROM it. Then you’re golden.
