After she discovers what you need:
1. If it’s not in our wheelhouse, we’ll refer you out to someone we trust.
2. We’ll send you a quote that day if what you need is in our regular offerings.
3. If it’s something a little more involved, Katie will take it back to the team where we’ll talk about it, and then she’ll send you a quote.
4. If it’s a custom job, you can order something called a Project Design – a 4-hour block of time for a one-time fee of $600. It creates a custom road map for your project and can be used by anyone to complete it.
