Retainer Services
Most of our work is retainer-based. Retainers are invoiced in 4,5, or 8 hour chunks and billed down in 15 minute increments.
Monthly website maintenance retainer: $150/hr
Please note: We are not currently accepting web maintenance clients unless we provide your email marketing services.
Email Marketing “Last Mile Service” and/or Program Management Retainer: $150/hour
Marketing and Web Strategy: $200/hr, 5 hour retainer minimum
Flat Fee Services
“Pick Katie’s Brain” 45 minute Strategy Call, call recording, meeting notes, & 30 minute follow-up call: $650
This service is great if you need a couple of web working sessions or need a strategy session. BOOK HERE
Email marketing program setup: $875-$1875
Email marketing monthly program management and implementation: Custom quote, $350/month (one small newsletter) -$8000/month (4-6 ecomm email per week)
Horticultural Expert Copywriting & SEO Writing: $150/hr or per-piece rate
SEO Work: $150/hr or per deliverable rate
Social Media: Begins at $650/month for 3x posting per week + 1 reel per week and 3 stories
WordPress Websites: $4,000 base fee
Shopify Websites: $1,750 – $6,000 (More products, more pages = more costly)
SquareSpace Websites: $1,000 – $2,500
