What’s it like to work with us? Here’s a quick run-through of our customer journey. If you’re not sure how or if we can help you, we’d love to chat! You can schedule a free 15-minute discovery call and go from there. It’s NOT a high pressure sales call. It’s truly a “What do you need help with and can we provide that help?” call. If we’re not a match, we probably know someone who is and we’ll refer you.
What’s in store? Take a look:
1. Meet (and Match?): Let’s admit it, it’s like a blind date. We need to meet to see if we have a connection. We’ll do a 15-minute discovery call where we discuss your business and your needs, and you get to know how GOW works and our personality in order to decide if we want to see each other again. GOW will send you an estimated cost, based on this initial discussion.
2. Planning and Strategy: If we decide to work together, we’ll both sign a Customer Service Agreement and GOW will send you a “What to Expect Guide” that includes all the links and information you’ll need to track your project(s) with GOW. Then we’ll schedule a kickoff call where you will meet your kick-ass, dedicated GOW team with years of horticultural experience (so they know what they’re doing)! We will work together to determine a strategy for your business, set priorities for deliverables, and discuss what success looks like (where we are starting from so we can see the growth/improvement).
3. Feedback and Approval: We want to make sure you’re happy throughout the process so, before anything is sent or published, it will be sent to you/your team for review and feedback. Once we receive the “official okay,” from you, GOW will send/publish the content. You can also reach out to your dedicated GOW team at any time if you have questions or feedback.
4. Reflect and Review: We will schedule a yearly contract review as well as a yearly owner check-in so we can reflect on how things are going. We will look at stats on how your business has improved, make any desired tweaks to our strategy, review contracts and ensure the relationship is still working for both parties.
